The site is a free referral service. It is not a roofing contractor, performs no roofing work, prepares no bids or prices of its own and signs no contracts with homeowners. When you send a request, it goes to one independent local roofer. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty or payment is strictly between you and that roofer, and we are not a party to it.

Roofers may pay us for referrals. You never pay for a referral, and we never give homeowners money, credits or anything else of value for using the site.

We don't promise that a roofer will be available, that it will contact you by any particular time, or that any work will meet your expectations. Check every roofer yourself before you sign: proof of liability insurance, references, a local address, written warranties and an itemized contract.

Information on the site, including cost figures, calculator results and summaries of Texas rules, is general guidance with sources named where possible. It is not a quote and not legal or insurance advice.

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false details or send requests on someone else's behalf without permission. Text, design and graphics on the site belong to its owner and may not be copied for commercial use.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from work done by a roofer you hire. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them at any time, and the version posted here applies.
