Because we don't do roofing work or sign contracts, we can't settle disputes over price, workmanship, warranties or payments. Those are between you and the roofer. Start by raising the problem with the roofer in writing and keep copies of your contract, estimate, photos and messages.

If that doesn't resolve it, you can file a complaint about a roofer with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. That office also takes reports when a roofer offers to waive, rebate or absorb an insurance deductible, which Texas law forbids.
